We at United Martial Arts Center are pleased and proud to offer a diversity of Martial Arts instruction. In addition to the traditional Tae Kwon-Do program, we offer Cardio Kickboxing, Little Ninjas (ages 4-7), Children's Program (ages 8-12), EZ Defense: Kid's in Power (ages 6-12 one day class), Yoga, and Women’s self defense classes.
UNITED MARTIAL ARTS CENTER (formerly Unified Tae Kwon-Do) has been in the Denver area serving the community since 1990. We offer a wide range of programs for children as well as adult students interested in learning the martial arts. Martial arts is meant to be a challenging experience that boosts self -confidence because students are pushed beyond what they thought they were capable of doing.
UMAC's Tae Kwon Do curriculum focuses on the Traditional ITF patterns and also utilizes Challenging WTF patterns used in Olympic competition. Taking the best curriculum from both of these large and respected organizations, we also add elements of Hapkido, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Self Defense, and other mixed martial arts techniques ensures a well rounded student. Students test and receive full Kukkiwon accreditation from the World TaeKwonDo Federation for black belt, allowing them to be recognized and compete world wide.
UMAC wants to make sure that our curriculum not only trains students in Martial Arts, but also creates strong community citizens prepared to be leaders in all aspects of their lives.
